Dr. Rodrigo Mendoza holds a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. With extensive experience in clinical settings and private homes, Dr. Mendoza has provided behavior analytic services to individuals with varying levels of functioning and behavioral needs.
As an ABA clinical director, Dr. Mendoza has expertise in organizational behavior management (OBM), including establishing and maintaining quality assurance and control measures, conducting competency-based assessments of team members, providing performance feedback, and developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational systems for sustainable growth and improved client outcomes. He excels in coordinating interdepartmental functioning to optimize overall operations.
In addition to his clinical and managerial roles, Dr. Mendoza has served as the AzABA Coordination of Care Chair since 2017. He played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Asociacion Chilena Análisis Aplicado de la Conducta in 2019 and has been actively involved in the creation and formalization of the Asociacion de Practicantes del Analysis Aplicado del Comportamiento-Chile since 2021.
Dr. Mendoza is also a contributor to Raising Arizona Kids Magazine, where he shares his expertise through articles, and he conducts complementary Parent Training Workshops to support families in implementing effective behavior management strategies.
Alicia Mendoza earned her bachelor's degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. With 16 years of experience in technology-sector project and portfolio management, Alicia brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

She has a proven track record of leading complex, profitable, and cross-functional businesses that serve customers nationwide.
